Our Shipping Policy

Standard shipping is $12.99. We can ship products anywhere in the continental United States using the USPS, FedEx or UPS. Expedited shipping charges are determined by the total weight of your order.

Actual shipping costs will apply to addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam and Canada. We offer a choice of USPS and FedEx for shipping as well as choices for delivery speed.

Customers who choose next day, second day, or three-day shipments will be charged actual shipping rates.

If you would like to ship to multiple addresses, please call 800-778-1152 to place your order. Separate shipping rates will apply to each address. 

Actual shipping and handling are charged to APO or FPO addresses.

We make every attempt to ship within 48 hours, but larger orders or orders placed during December may require additional time.  Orders placed during December cannot be guaranteed by Christmas.

Our Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within thirty (30) days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. 

The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below:
